The Outside Services Attendant at Cherry Creek Country Club plays a vital role in crafting a positive, memorable, and exceptional golf experience. As the first and last point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll set the tone for their day with your warm demeanor and outstanding service. Provide superior customer service to Members and Guests, exceeding all expectations. Assist Members and their Guests with their golf bags, as well as assist them to the practice facilities and golf carts.
Responsibilities & Duties: Responsible for providing superior customer service to all Members and their Guests. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bag room, staging area, practice facility, and cart storage area. Practice facility consists of two practice greens, one chipping green and driving range. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
-Engaging in superior customer service tactics with Member/Guests.
-Carry, Loading and Unloading golf bags from and on to golf carts or push carts.
-Cleaning golf clubs before and after golf rounds, ensuring all headcovers and belongings
return to the appropriate golf bag.
-Assisting with the setup and execution of golf tournaments
-Proper Cleaning and stocking golf carts
-Staging golf carts for use
-Set up and break down of the driving range
-Cleaning & picking up golf balls off the practice facilities
-Candidates will need to be prepared to work on their feet for the duration of their shift.
Qualifications: Golf experience or PGM program preferred but not required. High School Diploma. Customer service skills required. Must have valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits: $16.50 per hour + cash tips daily. Seeking applicants who can be available for all shifts through October. 24-40 hours per week. Weekend availability required. One meal per 8/hour shift. Discount in the Golf Shop. Golf privileges on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after 3pm; limited availability. Uniform to be provided to the employee which includes two shirts, pullover, shorts, one hat and name tag. Employees are expected to provide their own comfortable, conservative style footwear and black golf pants for colder days.
