Job Summary: The Controller will lead accounting and financial reporting functions within the organization.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable, and internal controls

Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and preparation of timely and accurate financial statements

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling

Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff

Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements

Coordinate and manage external audit and tax engagements
-
Support senior management with financial and operational analysis to drive informed decision-making

Oversee revenue cycle management and collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance

Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes
Required Qualifications:

Healthcare provider accounting experience

CPA or MBA

5+ years accounting leadership experience

Revenue cycle management

Financial reporting expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
