Compensation Range: $35 - 45 per hour
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the critical bridge between cross-functional business stakeholders and a high-performing visualization design team for a premier global manufacturing leader. In this role, you will champion end-to-end workflow execution, maximizing resource efficiency and ensuring the seamless delivery of high impact 2D, 3D, and spatial/interior design assets.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the project lifecycle from initial Salesforce intake through final delivery to optimize resource allocation and ensure on-time execution of complex visualization initiatives.
- Facilitate daily communication and cross-functional alignment between sales, client success, and internal design teams to clarify project scopes and accelerate delivery timelines.
- Leverage Smartsheet workflow tracking to maintain comprehensive visibility into design pipelines, proactively mitigating operational bottlenecks.
- Interpret fundamental floor plans and 3D architectural briefs to accurately prioritize visualization design requests and elevate project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional project management experience within a corporate or creative environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce and Smartsheet platforms to drive enterprise workflow management.
- Proven track record of managing high-visibility creative pipelines and translating basic floor plans or spatial requirements for design teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field, paired with exceptional collaborative problem-solving abilities.
