About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Lead to take ownership of our warehouse operations and support our field crews. This is not a typical warehouse position—we need someone who is organized, proactive, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForTools & Equipment
- Manage and track company tools and equipment
- Issue tools to field crews and ensure accountability
- Repair or replace tools as needed
- Keep tool inventory organized and accessible
Vans & Fleet Readiness
- Stock and maintain service vans and trucks
- Set up new vehicles with tools and materials
- Ensure crews have what they need before they leave for the day
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee shipping and receiving of materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Coordinate deliveries and occasional driving as needed
Returns Processing
- Handle returned materials from job sites
- Complete required documentation (C19 forms) accurately
- Stage and coordinate vendor pickups for returns
- Work with accounting to ensure proper processing
What Success Looks Like
- Field crews always have the tools and materials they need
- Vans are stocked and ready without last-minute scrambling
- Warehouse stays clean, organized, and under control
- Returns are processed consistently without backlog
- Problems are solved before they become urgent
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- Experience in warehouse operations, construction support, or service industry (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and job site needs is a big plus

Compensation
- $23–$27/hour, based on experience
