Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve customers promptly with friendly and professional service, handling cash or digital transactions as needed
- Support menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring timely preparation of daily specials
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation for each order
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during busy service hours
Skills
- Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling procedures
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within restaurant or catering settings
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in basic culinary techniques for efficient meal prep
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in a mobile kitchen environment
- Previous experience in the food industry, including restaurant experience or kitchen work, is highly desirable
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality and attention to detail
