What You'll Do
As our Architect, you'll lead the design process from initial concept through construction documents while collaborating closely with our sales, estimating, project management, and field teams.
You'll:
- Design creative, functional, and code-compliant commercial buildings
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget
- Develop preliminary concepts and detailed construction documents
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Guide projects through permitting and municipal approvals
- Support project teams throughout construction by resolving design questions
- Help shape projects that are both beautiful and buildable
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding design ability.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect (required)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capability
- Experience designing multi-family housing is highly preferred
- Commercial, mixed-use, or industrial project experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving problems
