C-Level Technician (The Rising Star)
Perfect for: Recent tech school graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience looking to break into the dealership world.
Your Mission:
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements).
- Conduct multi-point inspections with precision and honesty.
- Perform basic brake services and battery installations.
- Assist A and B Techs to learn advanced diagnostics and repairs.
- Requirement: A hunger to learn, a strong work ethic, and a valid driver's license.
B-Level Technician (The Solid Pro)
Perfect for: Experienced mechanics with 2-5 years of experience who can handle most mechanical repairs but want to master diagnostics.
Your Mission:
- Diagnose and repair braking systems, steering, and suspension.
- Perform intermediate engine and transmission repairs.
- Handle HVAC system diagnostics and A/C recharges.
- Utilize factory diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Mentor C-Level techs while working toward your Master Certification.
- Requirement: Proven mechanical experience, ASE certifications (preferred), and a drive for efficiency.
A-Level / Master Technician (The Shop Leader)
Perfect for: The best of the best. You have 5+ years of experience, deep diagnostic knowledge, and the ability to fix what others can’t.
Your Mission:
- Diagnose complex engine, transmission, and electrical faults.
- Perform heavy-line repairs (engine swaps, transmission rebuilds).
- Master advanced EV and Hybrid systems.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor to the service team.
- Ensure every vehicle leaves the shop fixed right the first time.
- Requirement: Master ASE or Factory Certifications, extensive diagnostic experience, and a leadership mindset.
