- Skills checklist (Relias)
- BLS Certification (Must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
- FHM and NRP - Required
- STABLE - Preferred
- High risk experience - Required
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Driver's license
- Covid Card
- Flu shot
- Accepting Minnesota license

- Pay rate Days - $55.00 hourly (Taxable rate) and the overtime rate of $82.50 and Nights - $60.00 hourly (Taxable rate) and the overtime rate of $90.00 respectively.
