Position Summary: Maintains building, mechanical and other fixtures by making repairs and by performing preventative maintenance tasks/projects throughout the casino in one or more trade disciplines that may include but not be limited to landscaping, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical.

Essential Job Functions:
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems
- Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings
- Assist Engineer III & IV with projects as assigned
- Plumbing, drywall repair, carpenter functions, special trade
- Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis
- Handle routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs
- Assists with cleanliness of casino property Front and Heart of House
- Must be able to utilize ladders of various heights, during the course of Engineering duties
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and training or experience in the field
- Must have a current valid driver’s license
- Driving record must meet driver eligibility requirements of casino’s insurance policy
- Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow all policies and procedures including but not limited to attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holiday
- Ability to obtain all required gaming licenses
Working Conditions:
- Frequently required to stand, climb or balance and stoop, and kneel
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor
