Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term & Post-Acute Care
Location: Lewis Park Post Acute – Hohenwald, TN
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / PRN
Shifts: [Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available]
Reports To: Director of Nursing
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Tennessee

CPR/BLS certification (must be current).

Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute rehab preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.
3 year's experience preferred.
