What You'll Do
As our Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach through contract execution.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients and organizations
- Identify qualified consulting opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach
- Connect with executives through LinkedIn and networking
- Schedule discovery meetings for the CEO
- Qualify prospective clients
- Build strategic partnerships
- Maintain and update our CRM
- Track leads, proposals, and contracts
- Assist with consulting proposals and agreements
- Coordinate follow-up communications
- Support client onboarding after contracts are awarded
- Collaborate with our Social Media Coordinator on lead generation campaigns
- Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports

QualificationsRequired
- Minimum two years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, account management, or relationship management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building executive relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or consulting environments
- CRM experience
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
- Grant or government contracting knowledge
CompensationHourly Rate
$15–$18 per hour
Hourly compensation covers administrative responsibilities including:
- CRM management
- Prospect research
- Scheduling
- Documentation
- Follow-up communications
- Proposal support
- Weekly reporting
Performance Incentives
Earn additional income through measurable results:
- $25 for each qualified discovery meeting that is completed
- $50 for each qualified proposal requested
- $250 for every signed consulting contract valued up to $5,000
- $500 for every signed consulting contract valued between $5,001–$10,000
- 3% commission on the first consulting agreement over $10,000
- Quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding business development goals
There is no cap on commission earnings.
