We are hiring 6 experienced Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installers for upcoming new construction projects throughout Colorado, with opportunities both along the Front Range and at job sites in the Colorado mountains.
This is a great opportunity for skilled sheet metal installers looking for steady work on commercial HVAC new construction projects and the opportunity to work on larger, high-quality commercial builds.
For projects located in the Colorado mountains, we provide:

- Install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems on new construction projects.
- Install and assemble ductwork, fittings, transitions, dampers, plenums, and related sheet metal components.
- Perform layout, fabrication, installation, and modification of HVAC duct systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, specifications, and HVAC plans.
- Perform rough-in, above-ceiling, and final HVAC sheet metal installations.
- Measure, cut, fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal and ductwork.
- Install rectangular and spiral ductwork and associated HVAC components.
- Coordinate HVAC sheet metal installation with other trades on active construction sites.
- Install supports, hangers, insulation, and other components associated with duct systems.
- Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve field installation issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow project specifications, applicable building codes, and company safety requirements.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality installation standards.
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience preferred.
- New construction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand commercial HVAC drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of commercial ductwork installation methods.
- Experience installing rectangular and spiral duct systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and sheet metal fabrication equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction crew.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and active construction sites.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- OSHA or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
We are looking for experienced commercial HVAC sheet metal installers who know new construction and can hit the ground running. Candidates should be comfortable working from plans, coordinating with other trades, and completing quality ductwork installations while maintaining project schedules.
Mountain project work is especially well suited for sheet metal installers who are willing to travel and want the added benefit of company-paid lodging plus $50 per diem.
Six positions are available, with projects beginning September 1, 2026.
