POSITION:
The Sales & Facilities Manager (SFM) is the cornerstone of any YogaSix studio and is responsible for its financial and experiential success. The SFM is the proverbial captain of the ship, overseeing all aspects of studio functionality including Sales and Operations as well as the direct supervision of Wellness Advisors. They are also responsible for ensuring the studio is well-maintained and that customer service standards are upheld to YogaSix brand standards. They must have a passion for sales & customer service, take pride in their excellent communication skills, be a dedicated team leader who drives results, and be passionate about health and wellness. The SFM partners with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) as needed to align lead flow, in-studio conversion and new membership revenue.
DUTIES:
A studio is a business, and the SFM is responsible for managing and growing
all revenue streams, including:
o Intro Offers, Memberships, Class Packages
o Workshops, Privates and Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) sales
o Retail
A successful studio depends on supporting prospective students through the
following life cycle:
o Lead Generation: Generate consistent lead flow through a blend of Grassroots Marketing, Social Media, Community Partnerships and Referrals
o Booking Appointments: Manage speed to lead - Contacting leads in a timely manner to establish relationship and get them booked in for a class experience
o Intro Offer Sales: Present Intro Offer to all leads and manage lead relationship throughout duration of offer
o Membership Sales: Following a successful initial class experience and/or Intro Offer period, presenting the best membership option based on the student’s goals, and overcoming objections as appropriate. Execute the sales plan provided by SOM and ASM to hit monthly membership targets for the studio.
o Member Retention: Ensure new members are onboarded properly and continue to feel value of membership through both utilizing classes and ensuring class quality is exceptional

Execute ongoing marketing plan as directed by Marketing Coordinator with
a focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention and loyalty:
- Manage studio social media
- Oversee and implement student events

Execute ongoing grassroots marketing tactics plan as directed by ASM:
- Explore, develop and manage relationships with like-minded businesses within community
- Implement tactics and events as guided by ASM and SOM
- Collect, enter, track and contact leads in a timely manner

- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor all Wellness Advisors
- Enforce EOD reporting from WAs
- Work with Lead Teacher to optimize class schedule on an ongoing basis and ensure impact and effectiveness of instructors

- Manage studio budget, spending, and reporting
- Manage maintenance issues, inventory and cleaning
- Participate in studio, regional and company-wide meetings and trainings as needed
- Work closely with SOM to ensure health and profitability of the studio
- Create and manage studio staff schedule
- Maintain brand standards and customer service excellence
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Retail Sales/Fitness Sales: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- 200 Hour Yoga Certification (Preferred)
