Licensed REALTOR® – Showing Agent
Parker Realty is looking for a motivated, licensed REALTOR® to join The Delbrugge Team in Galt, CA.
Our team is growing quickly, and with a new baby arriving soon, we're looking for someone who can step in to help with buyer showings, open houses, and occasional client support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newer agent looking to gain experience and work alongside a top-producing local team, or for an experienced agent seeking additional opportunities without the pressure of generating all of their own business.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes to prospective buyers.
- Host open houses in the Galt/Lodi/Elk Grove areas.
- Assist with buyer consultations and property tours.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
- Coordinate with team members to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Attend team meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active California Real Estate License.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability on evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Sacramento and San Joaquin County markets is a plus.

Work Location: Hybrid (field-based throughout Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
