We are a growing, patient-centered orthodontic practice looking for a Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator to become a key member of our team. This is more than an administrative position—you'll be the trusted guide who helps patients begin their smile journey with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Welcome new patients and create an outstanding first impression
- Guide patients through their orthodontic treatment options
- Explain financial arrangements and payment plans with confidence and compassion
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families
- Follow up with prospective patients and help them move forward with treatment
- Coordinate appointments and maintain organized patient records
- Work closely with our orthodontist and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Help grow the practice through exceptional service, referrals, and community engagement
- Contribute to monthly growth and patient satisfaction goals
