Job Summary
We are seeking a reliabel Part-Time Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a facility setting. The ideal candidate must be a team player with great communication skills
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, and facility spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and attention to detail
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas in accordance with health guidelines
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures to uphold environmental services standards
- Conduct routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing to preserve flooring quality
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with hospital or healthcare environment protocols is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues
