Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents regarding their development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to provide first aid and respond to emergencies
- Experience working with toddlers and implementing age-appropriate activities
