HIHAIR is hiring an Experienced Part-Time Sales Advisor for our Town East Mall location.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and sales-driven team member with retail or beauty experience. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, understands the importance of customer service, and is comfortable selling beauty, fashion, hair, or wig-related products.
This position is best for someone who can work independently, support daily store operations, and help customers choose wigs, bundles, and hair products. Beauty, hair, wig, cosmetics, fashion, or mall retail experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend wigs, bundles, and hair products based on customer needs
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and hair textures
- Support daily sales goals
- Handle POS transactions and cash
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually attractive
- Restock products and maintain displays
- Help with price tags, promotions, and inventory organization
- Take product photos/videos for Instagram or TikTok when needed
- Reply to basic customer questions or store messages if trained
- Follow store phone policy and customer service standards
- Work independently during slower store hours when needed
Requirements
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Beauty, hair, wig, cosmetics, fashion, or mall retail experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to customers
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to work weekends and mall retail hours
- Comfortable helping with product photos/videos
- Willing to learn HIHAIR products and sales process
