AccuCare Home Nursing is seeking compassionate, experienced professionals to provide one-on-one care for pediatric clients throughout Pennsylvania.
If you have a passion for caring for medically fragile children and are confident managing complex medical needs, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate, family-centered care in the home
- Managing complex pediatric cases
- Caring for children with tracheostomies, ventilators, G-tubes, and other specialized medical needs
- Monitoring patient status and communicating changes to the clinical team
- Delivering safe, high-quality care while supporting each child's independence and quality of life
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Experience caring for pediatric patients with complex medical needs
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred
- Proficiency with HHAeXchange
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
