Puyallup! If you enjoy working with people, supporting caregivers, and helping build a strong

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Full-time position
Pay & Benefits
- $30–$32 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 80 hours PTO

Responsibilities
- Interview caregiver candidates referred through Carework
- Lead orientations and assist with onboarding
- Support recruiting and caregiver engagement efforts
- Maintain a positive and professional experience for all applicants
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in interviewing, onboarding, or recruiting preferred
- Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Passion for helping caregivers succeed and supporting quality senior care
- Wellsky experience preferred
- Home care recruiting preferred
- Some college education is preferred
