We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager and General Manager to join our leadership team of restaurants. You’ll lead high-quality dining programs, inspire our people, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Our restaurants are located in the Greater Kansas City area.
Key responsibilities:

Lead daily operations to deliver consistent, exceptional experiences.

Drive superior service, maximize guest satisfaction, and respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback.

Manage inventory planning for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies; anticipate needs for events and peak times.

Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.

Promote a positive restaurant image; identify opportunities to elevate our brand and guest perception.

Monitor and control operational costs, reduce waste, and implement efficient processes.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; coach staff to maintain high service standards during busy periods.

Collaborate with events and sales teams to optimize private-room bookings and event execution.
