Layout, assemble, and repair fixtures at existing and new retail store, along with DC centers as well as conduct facility inspections and repairs.

Assemble and repair fixtures as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Work with store managers, merchant group, marketing, and Engineering on scheduling of work.

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to achieve Blains organizational goals.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities done in the field on job sites.

Install all types of signage within the stores. Hanging or mounted style and working w/ the marketing team on placement.

Assist Facilities as assigned and demonstrate awareness and compliance w/ Loss Prevention and Safety policies and/or procedures.

Assist Construction Site Manager, Construction Coordinator, Facilities Manager, Project Manager, Store Leader
Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Possess a valid drivers license, ability to obtain lift truck certification is required.

Excellent Communication skills, Ability to read and speak English and communicate w/ customers, co-workers, and contractors.
- General use of basic hand and power tools along with the ability to read a tape measure required.

This role requires: 100% of traveling store to store and being “on the road” 5 days a week for up 50 weeks a year.
