Bricks & Minifigs Arvada is looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Associate to join our team. We are a locally owned LEGO® resale store specializing in new and used LEGO sets, minifigures, bulk bricks, accessories, and more. Our store serves everyone from families and kids to serious collectors and lifelong LEGO fans. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay productive during slower periods, and helps create a store customers want to come back to. LEGO knowledge is helpful, but you don't need to be a LEGO expert to apply. We can teach the product knowledge—you bring the reliability, customer service, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Help customers find sets, minifigures, parts, and other products Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions Stock, organize, price, and merchandise products Keep the sales floor, counters, bulk areas, and back-of-house spaces clean and organized Assist with processing used LEGO sets, minifigures, and other inventory Help maintain and organize our large selection of LEGO pieces and products Answer basic customer questions about products, promotions, and store programs Assist with store events, activities, and birthday parties when scheduled Complete assigned opening, closing, and daily store tasks Stay productive and look for ways to help the team when customer traffic is slower Help create a welcoming environment for kids, families, collectors, and LEGO fans of all ages What We're Looking For Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail and organization Able to work independently without needing constant direction Willing to learn about LEGO products, themes, minifigures, and our inventory Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment when the store is busy Able to work cooperatively as part of a small team Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required LEGO knowledge or enthusiasm is a plus Physical Requirements This is an active retail position. Associates should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, bending and reaching, stocking merchandise, and lifting boxes or merchandise up to approximately 40 pounds. Scheduling This is a part-time position. Availability may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on store needs. Weekend availability is strongly preferred. Why Work With Us?
