Position: District Manager
Our amazing Field Team is currently looking for an optimistic District Manager to lead a team of Store Managers to maximize sales goals and promote store growth. This district includes California, Washington, and Arizona.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures all directives given by the company are met completely and in a timely manner

Recruits, hires, trains, & coaches all Store Managers in their district

Promotes and ensures that Store Managers maintain a model store
-
Monitors and reports sales and budgeted hours on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
-
Ensures that safety and security guidelines are followed to prevent loss and guarantee employee/customer safety
-
Visits stores in their district to create model store locations
-
Contacts all stores in their district weekly and reviews their individual department sales
-
Ensures schedules are written within payroll guidelines to optimize sales, complete operational tasks, and meet developmental goals

Works directly with all areas of store support to ensure each store is performing correctly

Enforces and follows all company policies and procedures

Performs other related duties as required and assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Uphold and represent the Earthbound Field mission statement in all aspects of the role

Previous multi-store experience in a retail environment
-
Minimum of 5 years of store management experience
-
Ability to travel extensively within and outside of District, including overnights stays as needed

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when required
-
Exceptional leadership, team building, and selling skills
-
Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
-
Strong computer skills
-
Proven success with the training and development of teams
