Night Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Lyons, KS
Status: Part-Time
Pay: $11.00–$12.00 per hour
Hours: 15–20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on store needs
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and organized Night Manager to oversee evening and night operations in our Lyons store. This role ensures the store remains clean, stocked, safe, and prepared for the next business day. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is a part-time position requiring consistent availability for night shifts, including Friday and Saturday nights.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all store operations during the night shift, ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Lead and support the night crew to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork
- Ensure shelves are stocked, faced, and organized for the next day
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe store environment
- Monitor inventory needs and assist with preparing orders and proper stock rotation
- Address issues that arise during the shift and make decisions that keep operations running smoothly
- Communicate nightly updates, concerns, and needs to the day management team
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or grocery store experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness
- Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays
