SCOPE OF WORK
- Remove and dispose of approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of existing flooring, including scraping residual adhesive and sweeping/vacuuming subfloor
- Relocate and protect client furniture (armoire, dresser) during work and return to original position upon completion
- Prep subfloor (patch, level, clean) to manufacturer tolerances for vinyl sheet installation
- Remove and replace a non-code-compliant bedroom step with a new code-compliant step
- Install approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of oak vinyl sheet flooring, including seaming, transitions, and thresholds
- Remove, reinstall, or replace baseboards and trim as needed for a finished appearance
- Perform final cleanup of work area, including debris and adhesive residue removal

- Client will be away from the home on 8/19 — site access to be coordinated in advance

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of flooring/vinyl sheet installation experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos

$1,000
Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
