Job Overview
As a CDL Motorcoach Driver, you will safely transport passengers on charter, local, and regional routes, including airport transfers, casino shuttles, corporate events, sporting events, concerts, and ski resort trips. This position offers paid drive time, predictable scheduling, and work-life balance.
Pay & Compensation
- Hourly pay: $25.00 – $31.50 per hour (based on experience and route)
- Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit
- Paid pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Paid training and onboarding
- Gratuities available on select charter trips and casino routes
Routes Available
- Charter Motorcoach (concerts, sporting events, ski resorts, airport transfers, group travel)
- Casino Shuttle routes within 150 miles
- Local, regional, and charter driving options

CDL Driver Requirements
- CDL-B or CDL-A license
- Passenger (P) Endorsement required
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving or passenger transportation experience preferred
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and background check
- Valid DOT Medical Card (FMCSA compliant)
- Mountain driving experience preferred
