You get trained in the field and paid based on performance.

- $46,720 – $110,759 per year
- Performance-based, uncapped
Responsibilities
- Offer free storm-damage inspections
- Set inspection appointments for senior reps
- Work directly with top-producing closers
- Communicate with homeowners
Training Provided:
- Hands-on field training
- Ride-along's with experienced reps

Daily Role:
- Work assigned neighborhoods with a team
- Offer free inspections to homeowners
