- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restocking supplies as needed
- Upsell products and promote store specials or new items to increase sales opportunities
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Ensure compliance with store policies on cash handling and customer privacy
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
