Infinite Computing Technologies, Inc. (ICT) is a growing healthcare-focused technology company based in Southern California. We specialize in providing technology solutions for healthcare offices, including computer networks, workstations, phone systems, audio systems, security camera systems, low-voltage planning, project implementation, and post-installation support.
ICT is seeking an experienced IT Sales & Project Coordinator Specialist to support our continued expansion in the Phoenix, Arizona market. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong technology sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate projects from initial client engagement through completion.
Key Responsibilities
· Cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships to support business growth.
· Engage with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and onsite visits to discuss proposals, new projects, current concerns, and future technology needs.
· Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
· Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate ICT services and technology solutions.
· Prepare, generate, present, and follow up on quotations and proposals to secure orders.
· Prepare and present low-voltage floor plans for new office builds and technology projects.
· Follow a defined sales process to support deal closure, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
· Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
· Act as a field project coordinator for new office builds, ensuring professionalism, organization, and timely task completion.
· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support successful project execution.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement of client service.
· Report industry trends, competitive pricing, customer feedback, and market opportunities to management.
About You
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated professional with a genuine interest in technology, client service, sales, and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with business owners, healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal technical teams. You should be able to understand client needs, communicate technology solutions clearly, and help guide projects from concept to completion.
Qualifications
· Strong understanding of IT systems and technology solutions is required.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology-related sales.
· Strong technical proficiency and an advanced understanding of computer systems, networks, and business technology environments.
· Experience working with dental, veterinarian, or medical offices is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required depending on experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and general computer systems.
· Proven ability to prospect, market, and present solutions to both existing and potential clients.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
· High attention to detail and follow-through.
· Strong problem-solving skills and sound independent judgment.
· Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits
ICT offers competitive base pay, commission opportunities, and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000 base per year + commission and benefits. We expect this position to earn over $100,000 within 2 years

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
