Essential Duties of the Client Support Associate:
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery
- Present and sell telecom products and service packages that align with each client’s unique needs and goals
- Build long-term relationships through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and thoughtful follow-up
- Monitor account performance and satisfaction levels to identify sales opportunities and prevent churn
- Collaborate with fellow Client Support Associates and Sales teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining trust and satisfaction
- Stay current on telecom industry developments, competitor offerings, and client-specific updates to stay ahead of the curve
- Represent our partner brands with integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client success as a Client Support Associate
- Participate in sales strategy sessions, performance reviews, and client feedback loops to continuously improve account outcomes
