Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to verify accuracy and compliance with design intent
- Conduct regular on-site inspections, prepare daily reports and project updates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project progression
- Attend and document project meetings, maintaining communication with district officials, architects and contractors.
- Resolved field conflicts, design clarifications, and construction issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in construction management for educational facilities, buildings etc.
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination among stakeholders and team members
- OSHA 10 will be required.
