We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mower and Weedwhacker Operator to maintain lawns, landscaped areas, and outdoor properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, operates equipment safely, and can work independently in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial lawn mowers, weedwhackers/string trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Mow and trim lawns to established standards.
- Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and landscape beds.
- Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation from landscaped areas.
- Blow grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces.
- Perform basic daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Complete assigned properties efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Perform additional landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely operate a mower and weedwhacker.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.
- Ability to safely handle and operate landscaping equipment.
