Position Overview
Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Sales Consultant / Market Development Lead to help establish and grow our Raleigh market. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys both business development and customer-facing consulting. The successful candidate will play a key role in building our local presence from the ground up while delivering exceptional service to homeowners throughout the Raleigh area.
This position combines crawl space inspections, solution-based sales, business development, and light operational leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable generating new opportunities, conducting in-home consultations, building referral relationships, and helping develop local processes as the market expands.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Crawl Space Inspections
- Conduct comprehensive crawl space, moisture, structural, and foundation inspections for residential customers.
- Identify issues and develop customized repair, encapsulation, drainage, and moisture-control solutions.
- Educate homeowners on findings and present recommendations in a professional, consultative manner.
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
Market Development & Business Growth
- Serve as a primary representative for Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair in the Greater Raleigh market.
- Help establish and grow the company's local presence from the ground up.
- Develop relationships with real estate agents, property managers, home inspectors, contractors, and other referral partners.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions to generate business opportunities.
- Identify new growth opportunities and provide market feedback to company leadership.
- Support local marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts.
Leadership & Light Management Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating schedules, customer appointments, and project handoffs.
- Help onboard and mentor future sales representatives and field personnel as the Raleigh operation grows.
- Support quality control efforts to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Serve as a local point of contact for customers, referral partners, and team members.
- Provide operational feedback and recommendations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to building a strong culture and professional reputation within the market.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, home services, construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to develop new business and build referral relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help grow a new market.
- Comfortable inspecting crawl spaces and working in residential environments.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
