Job Summary
A growing Florida-based title and escrow company is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand client relationships and drive new business across the real estate market. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a bilingual Spanish sales professional who enjoys networking, building referral partnerships, and representing a trusted service provider in the title and escrow industry.
This role offers remote flexibility, a base salary plus commission, business expense support, and the opportunity to build a strong book of business within residential, commercial, investor, wholesale, and mobile home transactions. The environment is relationship-focused, growth-oriented, and well-suited for someone who values independence, supportive leadership, training, and long-term career potential in real estate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with REALTORS®, lenders, investors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities, referral partnerships, and client accounts for title and escrow services.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, local business gatherings, trainings, and client meetings.
- Promote title and escrow services to prospective clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Track sales activity, client communication, and prospect engagement as required.
- Represent the company professionally in the market while building long-term referral relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire, full-time opportunity.
- Base salary of $40,000 to $45,000 per year, with higher base considered based on industry experience.
- 15% commission on policies sold.
- Company credit card provided for approved business expenses, including gas, meals, and networking expenses.
- Monthly receipt reporting required.
- Remote work flexibility, with in-person attendance required for training and client meetings.
- PTO includes 1 week in the first year and 2 weeks after year two.
- Additional unpaid time off may be available if needed.
- Health insurance is currently not offered and is in development.
