Requirements:
- Hold certification in Surgical Technology from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated experience in ambulatory or hospital environments
- In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment
- Ability to excel in fast-paced and high-stress situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
