Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and appointment scheduling using salon software such as PHOREST
- Prepare workstations by sanitizing tools and ensuring all equipment is ready for styling and coloring
- Support stylists during hair treatments, hair coloring, and Blowouts
- Manage retail sales by recommending hair care products, upselling services, and processing transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Assist in store management tasks such as inventory tracking, restocking supplies, and organizing retail displays
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty
Requirements
- MUST HAVE A TEXAS COSMETOLOGY LICENSE
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and cosmetology practices to ensure a hygienic environment
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members
