About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Spa Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, skilled in a variety of techniques, and dedicated to providing a safe, effective, and positive experience. This role involves customizing treatments to client needs, promoting wellness, and supporting a clean and professional spa environment.
What You’ll Do
- Overcome objections during the sales process to increase membership conversions
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability
- Analyze business data to guide decision-making and drive overall success
- Use sound judgment and operate independently with minimal supervision
- Plan and direct daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage staff schedules to optimize productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment
- Oversee inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of products
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing concerns promptly
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Mentor and supervise all team members in accordance with company standards
- Motivate and empower the team to achieve and maintain high performance standards
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years old or older
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
