About the Job
As a Certification Technician I, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside senior technicians while building the skills needed to independently certify critical HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring safety, compliance, and customer confidence at every site you support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Certify and test HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at customer sites
- Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations using specialized tools
- Communicate testing results clearly and professionally to customers
- Accurately record and upload testing data and documentation
- Work closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to support service schedules
What We Are Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to travel domestically up to 60%

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability
- Comfort using computers and Windows-based software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
