Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery *Overtime Available - Weekly Payments*
Pay Range: $85/hour to $95/hour
Shifts Available: 7am to 7:30pm (3*12 hr Days) / 7pm to 7:30am (3*12 hr Nights)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Duration: 13+ Weeks

Required:
- Active New Jersey RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients, performing accurate assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions, respond to changes in patient status, and assist with labor, delivery, and emergency interventions.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and families throughout the care journey, promoting understanding, comfort, and positive patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
