Responsibilities:
- Provides individualized history and physical examinations
- Orders and interprets diagnostic testing in accordance with relevant health concerns
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Develops a comprehensive plan of care that encompasses evidence based practice guidelines
- Provides appropriate education for current health diagnosis
- Documents in a timely manner
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
