Job Description: We are seeking a polished, energetic Coffee Specialist to join our elevated, high-volume coffee bar. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and guest experience. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality espresso beverages, delivering warm hospitality, and contributing to a refined yet efficient service atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages with precision and consistency.
- Maintain speed and composure during high-volume service periods.
- Provide attentive, hospitality-driven guest service.
- Educate guests on coffee offerings, flavor profiles, and seasonal features.
- Execute opening and closing procedures accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, equipment, and café space.
- Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs.
- Support team members to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year barista experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus).
- Ability to multitask efficiently without compromising quality.
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills.
- Availability for weekends, and peak holidays.
