Job Title: Seasonal Vacation Rental Cleaning Technician

Job Description:
We are currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for seasonal help cleaning vacation rentals. This role is fast-paced and time-sensitive, focused on preparing homes for incoming guests to ensure a spotless and welcoming experience every time.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset vacation rental properties between guest stays
- Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and making beds
- Restock supplies and ensure homes are guest-ready
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times
- Report any damages or maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability is required!!
