Project Manager – Land Development Division
We are seeking a Civil Engineer/Project Manager with 5 years or more experience to manage projects in our Land Development Division. The successful candidate must have experience managing medium to large scale development projects for commercial, residential and municipal clients.
Successful candidates will be a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering and/or MBA is preferred.
The candidate should have progressive experience in leading/supervising staff, business development/client management as well as all phases of project development including preparation of conceptual/feasibility studies and design reports, preparation of detailed drawings and specifications, and completing project deliverables.
