We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to oversee a litigation and pre-litigation caseload.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
· A minimum of (2) years experience as a Plaintiff personal injury attorney with a passion for helping people who have been injured.
· Job responsibilities include a thorough review of each case, determining necessary tasks needed on cases, providing guidance to case staff, and ensuring cases are being effectively and efficiently processed.
· Responsible for reaching out to firm clients and answering their questions.
· Additionally, responsible for documenting notes and tasks in case management software and reporting back to firm managers.
· Juris Doctor & Admitted / Good Standing with New Hampshire Bar

- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Organize and maintain case files, including electronic documents and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other appointments
- Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial preparation
- Assist with settlement negotiations and drafting settlement agreements
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil litigation procedures
- Proficient in legal research tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Note: Experience in negotiating settlements and litigating personal injury cases is essential for this role.
