Hospice RN Lead (Full-Time, Benefited) Signature Bend Hospice

Ready to lead with compassion and make a meaningful impact every day? Signature Bend Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Lead to provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing staff, and support exceptional end-of-life care for our patients and families.
What You'll Do
✅ Lead and support hospice clinicians through coaching, education, and clinical guidance
✅ Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development
✅ Participate in case conferences, chart reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
✅ Provide direct patient care and field coverage as needed
✅ Support clinical operations, special projects, and agency goals
✅ Help ensure high-quality, compassionate hospice services are delivered consistently
What We're Looking For
✔ Current RN license in Oregon (or state of employment)
✔ Hospice, home health, healthcare facility, or physician office experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of state and federal hospice/home health regulations
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
✔ Passion for patient-centered care and team development
