- The Sr Superintendenet will lead all field operations for assigned high-rise construction projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with project management teams.
- Manage and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site meetings and maintain communication with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Drive jobsite safety initiatives and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.
- Oversee inspections, permitting requirements, and turnover activities.
- The Sr Superintendent will identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
