Purpose
Act as a key leader in the D365 F&O transformation program, ensuring the successful rollout of the EMEA Core Model into North America (US), while structuring and leading the future ERP Service Center in the region.
This role combines:
ü Solution Architecture leadership (D365 F&O)
ü End-to-end program/project management
ü Organizational build-up of regional service capability
Positioning
Reports to : Group CIO
Indirect Management:Functional leadership of project business teams and subcontractors’ resources
Interface: Business stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance), EMEA D365 F&O IT teams, Integration partners & system integrators, Key users & local leadership in US entities
Mission & Activities
ü To serve as the accountable owner of the core model to be deployed across North America, in accordance with IT group strategy
ü Collaborate closely with ADDEV Materials business teams to understand specific needs in the areas of procurement, planning, and production, with a focus on operational efficiency to quickly build a deployable ERP across USA
ü Conduct workshops to define business processes and functional requirements for the core model in these areas, working with multicultural teams and be able to assess gap analysis
ü Set up the solution to meet specific procurement, planning, and production requirements in an international context
ü Provide on-site support to Key Users for data migration from legacy systems to D365FO in his domain
ü Define and set up role in the ERP in their domain
ü Deliver training to internal ADDEV Materials users
ü Offering post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the solution
ü Be part of the ERP prescriptive roll out team on their own area
ü Possibility of on-site relocation (USA) upon project completion
Required Skills
ü Strong experience in ERP program management, including planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of complex ERP initiatives across multiple stakeholders
ü Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) configuration within planning, purchasing, and production domains
ü Solid knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) & Azur Dev-ops
ü Strong understanding of roles, duties, and security permissions within D365FO
ü In-depth business process knowledge across the above-mentioned functional areas
ü Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills

Requirements & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & operation with the ability to actively contribute to solution configuration and delivery phases
- Strong experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps Expected level: 4 (3 is too low)
- The role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to go beyond coordination and actively support delivery, problem-solving, and project execution when needed
- Experience within a consulting firm or system integrator environment is highly appreciated, particularly in international ERP rollout contexts)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Masters (Business School or Engineering) preferred.
- 5–10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on ERP implementations
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ERP projects (planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment)
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, and operations
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables effectively
- Strong knowledge of:
- System integration
- Data migration
- Business process mapping and optimization
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in change management, user training, and adoption strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) is advantageous

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
