FOREVER Services LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Maintenance Technician to oversee field operations, lead crews, perform advanced repairs, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout Georgia and surrounding service markets.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated, mechanically inclined problem solver who enjoys working across multiple trades, leading others, learning new skills, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
PAY: $28.00–$40.00+ PER HOUR Compensation is based on verifiable experience, technical ability, leadership skills, and overall value brought to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead technicians, helpers, and subcontractors on assigned projects Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, waterproofing, and general maintenance trades Troubleshoot problems and develop practical solutions in the field Maintain accurate project documentation using photos, videos, and work-order software Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, vendors, and team members Uphold company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance, construction, or related experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 65 pounds Ability to work from ladders up to 40 feet Ability to safely work on elevated surfaces above 40 feet using lifts, scaffolding, swing stages, and other approved access equipment Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to pass background and drug screening
