Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff
- Monitor the premises to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with venue policies
- Verify identification and enforce age restrictions for entry
- Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional and calm manner
- Respond promptly to incidents, including disturbances, fights, or medical emergencies
- Escort individuals out of the premises when necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement personnel as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred
- Military experience is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures is beneficial
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation is desirable
Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions is crucial.
